The protection of your personal data is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and booking details (full name, company, phone, email, vehicle registration number, dates of stay).
  • Invoicing details (company name, VAT number, address).
  • Payment data via payment providers; card details are not stored by the Company.
  • Images from security cameras inside the parking areas (see section 6).
  • Technical browsing data (IP, device, pages) via cookies, in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Processing of bookings and provision of services — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Issuing invoices and tax obligations — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
  • Responding to requests and quotations — pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
  • Security of premises and protection of property — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Statistics and advertising via cookies — consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

4. Recipients

Data is not sold. It may be shared with payment, hosting and website maintenance providers, accountants/tax advisors and public authorities where required by law. Providers act under data protection agreements.

5. Retention

Bookings and communication: for as long as needed to provide the service and up to 24 months after the last contact. Tax records: as required by law (indicatively 5 years). Cookies: in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

6. Security cameras

The parking areas are monitored by cameras 24/7 for the safety of people and vehicles. Recording does not take place in sanitary or rest areas. The footage is kept for a limited time (up to 15 days, unless required for investigating an incident) and is shared only with competent authorities. Relevant signs are posted in the areas.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as to withdraw consent. Contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, alteration or unauthorized access.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
