These terms apply to every booking or stay of a vehicle at the Truckparks parking areas (NATO 400 Parking and Velvet Parking) operated by FV GREEN PARK SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. (VAT No. 801432607).

1. Booking

  • The booking is completed upon confirmation by the Company (email or phone). Availability depends on the type and length of the vehicle.
  • The customer correctly states the registration number, vehicle type, dates and contact details.
  • Prices depend on the vehicle type, the space and the duration, and are confirmed at the time of booking. It is stated whether VAT is included.

2. Payment

Payments by credit/debit card, PayPal or on site upon arrival are accepted. Any special agreements apply to regular customers. A legal receipt/invoice is issued.

3. Cancellation and modification

  • Cancellation or change of dates free of charge is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, by email to [email protected] or by phone.
  • For cancellation after this period or a no-show, the Company may charge up to the value of the first day of stay.
  • Early departure does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused days, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method.

4. Site rules

  • Compliance with signs, speed limits and staff instructions.
  • Dangerous loads (unless agreed), fire/barbecues, waste disposal and activities that disturb other users are prohibited.
  • The driver is liable for damage caused to the site, other vehicles or third parties.
  • The Company may refuse or terminate the stay in case of violation.

5. Liability

  • The Company provides camera security and surveillance. The stay does not constitute a deposit of the vehicle or cargo, unless agreed in writing.
  • The Company is not liable for loss of or damage to cargo, personal belongings and uninsured vehicle parts, nor for damage caused by force majeure or third-party fault, to the extent permitted by law.
  • The customer must lock the vehicle and maintain third-party liability and cargo insurance.
  • Damage must be reported to the staff before departure so that it can be recorded.

6. Washing and other services

The truck wash and related services are provided by an independent business. Its own terms and pricing apply.

7. Personal data

Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the page GDPR.

8. Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
